Entrepreneurial growth often stems from, well, entrepreneurial growth! EntrePaducah works with existing business and industry to identify growth opportunities within their own sector. Once a company's need for more "convenience and necessity" is established, EntrePaducah's Concierge helps the company identify entrepreneurs who could potentially fulfill their needs. The objective: satisfying a company's need for local resources and retention of entrepreneurial endeavors in the service area. The goal: creation of additional jobs and economic growth.

In addition, with several colleges and universities within a sixty-mile radius of Paducah we want to retain our best and bright-est. EntrePaducah works with those universities to make students aware of the region's potential not only for entrepreneurial start-ups, but for professional support of those start-ups (i.e.: legal; technical; accounting; etc.). Our objective: to help embed an entrepreneurial culture, particularly among area students. Our goal: to "home grow" entrepreneurs whose companies will eventually become part of the economic fabric of our region.
