Terry Reeves, Executive Director/Concierge
Terry Reeves serves as EntrePaducah's founding Executive Director. Reeves wears his work title of "Concierge" proudly by bringing 30-plus years in the private sector to helping entrepreneurs get their start.
After a twenty-year career in broadcast news, Terry entered the world of marketing and public relations for world-reknown Paducah-based Dippin' Dots ice cream. Working directly with ice cream entrepreneur Curt Jones, and with hundreds of franchise owners, Terry developed a large, national network of resources encompassing retail, franchising, manufacturing, media and marketing.
Originally from West Kentucky, Terry knows the "in's and out's" of the region and uses his knowledge to help entrepreneurs navigate their startup challenges.
Terry serves on the Board of Directors of the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Paducah Economic Development Council, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Paducah.

Lilia Rivera, Administrative Assistant
Lilia Rivera serves as EntrePaducah's Administrative Assistant.
Lilia has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with a concentration in Business Management. She also obtained a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Mid-Continent University.
Lilia has many years of experience working with job-seekers looking to re-enter the workforce through resume writing, resource referrals, and some hands on training. Lilia has also facilitated educational and career guidance workshops for middle school students, encouraging them to expand on leadership abilities through networking, fundraising activities, and community service. As an American with Disabilities Act liaison, Lilia worked with the community to assure building requirements were up to code, special needs equipment were readily accessible, and accommodations were granted according to requests.
Lilia currently serves on the Business Administration Advisory Committee for West Kentucky Community Technical College and is the Secretary for the Interracial Women's Group.
